SPSH #14 A Handwritten Sign

I am still looking for a good handwritten sign for the Summer Photo Scavenger Hunt, but there was this display of mostly handwritten signs on the wall at the Autry Museum, collected from Griffith Park, which is a very popular place to hold various parties and celebrations.  Unless I find a better sign to photograph, this will be my photo for this prompt.


I went for my repeat blood test, today.  The doctor had not only faxed the lab request, but had submitted an online request, as well.  I didn't have to wait at all and was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.  I am hopeful that the blood test results will be better, this time around.  The pharmacy had texted me this morning, to inform me that my inhaler was ready for pick up, so I went there after the blood test and picked up my inhaler.  Then, I went to the grocery store and picked up some goodies to take to the temple, later in the week.

After I came home, I had lunch (a frozen lasagna) and texted my doctor to let her know that I did the blood test and to inform her that I will be doing the ultrasound, tomorrow.

It was a hot day, today; I decided to take it easy and read for a bit and took a nap on the sofa.  Later, when it had cooled off a bit, I cleaned both bathrooms.  I still need to tidy the cabinet under the sink in my bathroom, but, that will be done another day.

Today's joyful activity was reading (and napping!)

Today, I am grateful for:
- The doctor had faxed the paperwork and everything was was there when I went
- Pleasant staff at the lab
- Not having to wait a long time
- Afternoon naps
- Books to read


Wednesday's To Do List:
- Lab test - DONE
- Pharmacy - DONE
- Clean the bathrooms - DONE
- Vacuum (maybe) - Will do on Friday

Thursday's To Do List:
- Go for the ultrasound
- Clean the kitchen
- Water the garden

I am not planning to do a lot of things tomorrow.  Going to take it easy and relax.
