July Balanced Life Monthly Goals

The first half of this year is over and behind us!  Time to look forward to the second half!  July is a special month for me for a couple of reasons.  My cancer was detected in July 2015 - it wasn't confirmed until later, when additional tests were done, but July was when the mammogram results came back, stating an anomaly was detected and to contact my doctor, immediately.  July (2018) was also when I stopped working!  I didn't officially retire until October, but July was when I went on vacation until my retirement went into effect.  It is also the month in which my father died.

Time to post my July goals for a more balanced life.

As I've explained before, my monthly balanced life goals are similar to the spokes of a wheel, with the length of each spoke representing my satisfaction in that area of my life, from 1 to 10, with 1 being most dissatisfied and 10 being most satisfied.  Ideally, all the spokes are of equal length and the wheel will roll along smoothly.  If the spokes are of unequal lengths, then, the resulting wheel will be lop-sided and wobbly.  My current ratings for each segment are shown within the parentheses.

July Balanced Life Goals:

    1. Thank you, Eileen. Oh, I'd love the house to be a 10! Wouldn't that be fantastic?! A little more cleaning, a lot more decluttering and organizing, and I might be able to get there! Then, of course, I'll start thinking of all the repairs and upgrades that need doing! :D

    1. Thank you, Live and Learn. Yes, I think things are fairly well balanced, finally. Yes, I need to work on one or two areas, and they are important areas, but, I know I will get there, eventually. :)

    1. Thank you, Stephenie. I need to write down the timeline of what happened with the diagnosis and treatments before I go to my appointment with the new primary care physician, because she won't have any idea of my medical history! The other clinic had the whole file.

I'm looking forward to seeing what your July goals are. :)
