Today, I did a load of laundry, watered the front garden, did some paperwork, took the trash cans to the curb, cooked and froze the pork chops I had bought, cut and prepared the rest of the strawberries and froze them to make jam later, and baked a new batch of no-knead bread. This time, I added sunflower seeds to the dough and made sunflower seed bread!

I could hardly wait until the bread had cooled down enough to cut the first slice!

The First Slice |
Because, when you have strawberry jam, you need some bread to go with it!

With Butter and Strawberry Jam |
I ate the warm bread spread with butter and strawberry jam and had a cup of tea with it. It was wonderful.
Did you have a good Monday?
