Dancer's Year in Review

Eileen at Tilly and Me had posted a year in review with pictures and I was inspired to do one of my own, but, Dancer thought he should do one because his blog friends would be interested to see how his year went!

So, here's Dancer's 2023 Year in Review!

January

Always the helpful kitty, Dancer helped with putting a jigsaw puzzle together on the first of the year!

And he helped with putting away the holiday decorations, although he seemed sad that they had to be put away:

"They make a nice pillow!"

On Friday the 13th, he said he's not worried about black cats and falling ladders:

"I'm safe and comfy on my quilt"

February

In February, he helped with some quilt repairs:

March

In March he posed for the monthly photo challenge:

April

In April, he discovered that lizards will break off their tails to escape being caught:

and he rested:

May

May started off well, with more naps:

But, then, there was a visit to the vet's:

Which led to more recovery naps:

June

In June, we had new medications to take:

And another visit to the vet's

July

In July, we had a mini heatwave and Dancer tried to keep cool.

August

Still hot and still trying to keep cool -

"The bathtub is a cool place"

September

In September, Dancer had his very stressful visit to the vet's clinic.  But, he recovered from that experience.

"I'm feeling better, thank you"

And he even helped me with mending my quilt:

October:

Dancer took it easy in October:

And read blog comments:

Until it was time for another visit to the vet's:

"I want to go home, Mummy!"

November:

In November, Dancer helped to make the bed in preparation for daughter coming home for Thanksgiving:

And he missed her after she left:

"Where did she go, Mummy?"

December:

In December, Dancer acted silly at times:

"Ha, ha, I'm being silly!"

Posed for a photograph:

"I'm a model"

and helped with more bed making:

Always Helpful!

Before settling down for a long winter's nap:

"It was tiring to review my year!"

And that was Dancer's year in review!  He wishes all his blog friends a very happy new year and looks forward to reading their blog comments in 2024!

    1. Yes, June, it was a good year except for those vet visits. Thank you for the well wishes for naps. Helping Mummy tires me out, since I am now getting a bit old, so, lots of naps are needed!
