Thank you, Eileen, for hosting the monthly photo challenges. Looking forward to the July theme!
The roses are beautiful. This post has made me realise I don't think I own anything pink. Xx
ReplyDeleteYou might have to do a search around your house! I seem to recall a certain young lady having a pair of pink wellies and maybe a pink jacket? Unless she's outgrown them and you've given them away. My house seems to be overrun with pink!
DeleteHi Bless! The pink flowers are beautiful! You take nice pictures. 😀 Judy (pretty sure you know where I’m from! 😄)
ReplyDeleteHi Judy! Thank you! Ha, ha, yes, I think I know where you are from! :D By the way, I heard fireworks, last night!
DeleteIMO, pink is the best colour. Your roses are so gorgeous. I like your pink knitted blanket. Well done on the June photo challenge.
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely color, isn't it? Thank you; the roses did well, this year. I knitted the blanket for my daughter when I was pregnant with her. I wanted to make it a small baby blanket, but, my mother encouraged me to make it bigger and I'm glad I did. :)
DeleteThose are very pretty pink photos! I think my mother used to have a pair of pinking shears. Trust Dancer to find a way to be included!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Bushlady. Well, I had to get Dancer in there, didn't I? :D
DeleteBeautiful pink roses and would you believe I knitted that exact same pattern for a cot blanket for my daughter when she was a baby. I like your photo selections especially Dancer in the pink of health :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Eileen. What a coincidence that you knitted the same pattern for your daughter! I, too, made the blanket for my daughter, intending it to be a baby blanket, but, my mother encouraged me to make it bigger; as a result, my daughter is able to use it on her bed, even now.
DeleteI fiori rosa sono favolosi
ReplyDeleteThank you, Stefania. I believe you said the pink flowers are fabulous?
DeleteFun pictures. I like the way you used all three forms of the word.
ReplyDeleteThank you, June. At first, I didn't think I'd have a lot of pink things to photograph, other than flowers in the garden. But, the more I looked, the more pink items I found and I wanted to tie them all together and, of course, find a way to get Dancer in there, too! :D
DeleteGreat photos! The roses are lovely, and so is the knitted blanket. Good to see you got Dancer in as well!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Celie. I had to get Dancer in there and he wouldn't stay on the pink blanket long enough for me to take a picture, so, I found another way to get him in! :D
DeleteYou got such a good variety! The roses are beautiful and I love that blanket you knitted - how clever you are. Now I wish I had borrowed Mum's pinking shears - they used to fascinate me when I was little! I am glad to hear that Dancer is now back in the pink. He's been a bit of a worry lately.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lady Ella. You managed to get a good variety of pictures, yourself! :)
DeleteI agree with Ella, you have found a good variety of pink things to photograph. I especially love the photos of the roses and it's good to read that Dancer is in the pink of health.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for joining in this time, Bless xx
Thank you, Eileen, and it was a fun activity. Thank you for hosting the monthly challenges. :)
DeleteI have a fondness for pink so I really enjoyed your images :)
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely pink roses to start us off.
I really love the shading and raised texture of that blanket. And the shade of pink of the candle is lovely.
A color, a noun and an adjective. And you showed the all.
Thank you, Debra. Glad you enjoyed the pictures. :)
