Obviously, I didn't accomplish all what I wanted to accomplish. This was an ambitious list and a "brain dump" of all the things I had to do and wanted to do. I didn't have the energy to do it all and, the urgency to get it done seemed to decrease as the time passed! On the positive side, I now have a starting list for January, don't I? LOL.
Will you be having a Mile Long To Do List in January?
Will you be having a Mile Long To Do List in January?
Well no, I did not get everything on my deep cleaning list finished, but I believe I did everything that I could on my own. I need help to pull out my dryer from the wall so I can get in behind to clean the walls, floor underneath and the venting hose that has not be cleared out of dryer fluff in over a year. I also need help to pull out my stove and fridge in the kitchen. I will be asking my son to come out for an afternoon sometime over the Christmas break.
ReplyDeleteYes I have been working on a list for January. I am looking at my budget again. I am coming up with a list of goals. I want to do a little maintenance inside my house...a little spackling, a little paint, etc. I want to start my Christmas projects a little earlier and make even more homemade gifts this year. I would like to have a Christmas that costs next to nothing, or at least is fully paid for by other means (no credit card at all) I will share these thoughts next week.
Sounds like you are going to be busy, next year, Susan! I think I, too, need to prepare for Christmas a little earlier, next year, than I did, this year! Need to look at the budget, too!
DeleteOh Bless, that's a very long list. Be kind to yourself and take it slowly. Enjoy the holiday break and have a Happy Christmas. X
ReplyDeleteIt is a long list, isn't it? At least a mile long! :D Thank you, Eloise. I wish you and yours a very happy Christmas, too.
