Another Tiring Day

I had three medical appointments, today.

Saw my regular/primary care physician in the morning.  She made another change in my blood pressure medications - switched me back to the old ones as the new ones weren't that effective.

Then, went for my blood tests to see the white blood cell count.

Then, went in the afternoon for my immunity booster injection.

Picked up some food on the way home, ate, and took a nap.

The bone aches have set in, so I'm waiting for the Tylenol to take effect and will have an early night, tonight.

Hope all is well with all of you.

    1. Thanks, Dawn. I didn't have a very good night, last night - woke up at 2:00 a.m. and threw up! :( Better this morning, though.

  3. So sorry to hear about your bone aches, and the amazing hair loss already. Somehow I had the naive idea that the hair didn't start really coming out until after several chemo sessions. What a lot of appointments you have, too, it must seem never-ending.

Well we are having the most unreal Christmas Eve weather. It is about 56°F and sunny, and in Ottawa it is over 60°F, I believe. (see, I converted from celsius for you!) Our snow disappeared except for a few lumps along the roadside. Santa will have to ditch his sleigh for a truck!
Have a happy Christmas, little Bless, too, and I pray for your health to stand up well to all these treatments and return to wholeness and total well-being in the months ahead. ((((Hugs)))) Bushlady

    1. Thank you, Bushlady. Yesterday was a rough day. I slept most of the evening. Felt cold and achy, and needed a heating pad to feel warm! Threw up early in the morning. Then, slept again, till this morning. Going to take it easy, today and over Christmas.

Sounds like you are almost as warm as we are! How will all the warm weather affect your maple trees and the sap running?

    2. I don't know if this weather will affect the maple trees, but at least we are due some colder weather soon. Snow arrived back overnight and DH and DS had fun with a bonfire getting rid of some brush in the backyard!

    3. Have you heard of maple water? I heard about it on the news recently - the sap is being bottled "as is" - might save yourself all that sap boiling!

  4. Sending prayers and best wishes. I know you will get through this bad patch and work your way through the challenges. Know there are a great many friends rooting for you. I'm hoping ice chips help.

Here in the Rockies we've lots of snow and have been told to expect very cold, below zero tomorrow. Enjoy Christmas with daughter and others over the holiday period.
