Monthly Photo Challenge: January - Begining with G

The theme for January's Monthly Photo Challenge, hosted by Eileen, was "beginning with G".  These are the photos I took for this challenge:

Garden (Front)

Garden Gate

Not the fancy gate, and we've found out that it doesn't keep out cats or rabbits, but, it is functional.

Green Grass

One of the benefits from the rain we had earlier this month!

Green Geranium Leaves (Martha Washington Geranium)

Geranium (Zonal)

Gazania

Growing Sweet Potato (in Glass Jars)

Gift from a Friend

Gold Glitter

And last, but not least, we have a Good Boy:

Good Boy, Dancer!

Thank you, Eileen, for hosting the challenge.  I had fun taking my photos.

February's theme is circles/circular, if anyone wants to participate.

  3. Lovely photos that meat the challenge especially your Good Boy. I expect the cats can easily climb your gate and the rabbits squeeze themselves underneath.

    1. Thank you, Eileen. The cats and the rabbits come through the gaps in the gate, from the sides and under, although, I haven't seen the rabbits for a couple of months now! I think they were picked up or found a permanent home, somewhere.

  4. hahahahaha
    Good Boy.
He has to be worked in no matter what the letter. lol

I like you gate picture. I think it's a good functioning gate and it looks pretty with the lemons peaking around.
Trying to get my bearings and remembering the lemons are behind the garage, so that is the walkway that comes up along your house between the house and the garage?
I like to picture things in my mind!
    lol

    1. Well, of course he has to be included! :D

Yes, that is the walkway that goes between my house and the side of the garage, with the lemon trees growing along the side of the garage. The walkway ends at the end of the garage, but, I've placed paving stones leading from the walkway, behind the garage, leading to the garden shed. :)

  5. Thanks for joining in Bless. You've found a good selection and you can probably guess my favourite... I was wondering how you'd manage to include a photo of Dancer!

  7. You can't go wrong with the garden for inspiration. Of course Dancer had to sneak in there somewhere - how clever!

    1. Thank you, Sharon. The garden is quite green, right now; it'll turn brown in the summer, though!

  9. Lovely healthy looking grass, and how nice to see all that colour in your garden! I too thought of "garden" but there was nothing to see in mine, nor any of the others I looked at! Love that view of your garden through the gate. It looks so exotic and inviting, specially with the lemons right there!

    1. Thank you, Lady Ella. That grass won't last long, but, I'll enjoy it while I can! You'll have to take some garden pictures to share in the summer. :)
