I've been going to bed a little earlier than usual (for me), these last few days. Last night, I was in bed by 12:30 a.m. I woke up once, around 1:30 a.m., but, went back to sleep. Then, I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and couldn't fall asleep, again. Finally, I got up at 6:30 a.m. and had my morning tea. Then, read and commented on a couple of blogs. By about 8:00 a.m., I began to feel sleepy, so, I curled up on the sofa with a crocheted blanket and took a nap! I'd wake up, on and off, think I should eat something or drink something (I am worried about getting dehydrated, again), but, fall back asleep! Eventually, I got up around 10:30 a.m. and ate two tangerines, took my morning medications, and replied to blog comments.
In the afternoon, I napped, again! I hope I'll be able to sleep tonight!
I am starting to feel a little better. I am hoping that I'll be much better, tomorrow.
Today, I am grateful for:
- Feeling a little better
- Being able to take it easy and rest
- Neighbor T checking on me
- A sunny, if windy, day
- Lemon-lime soda!
