    1. Thank you, Celie. Omelette curry is something my mother and grandmother used to make. You make an omelette (or a couple of them, depending on the number of people) and cut each one into 3 or 4 pieces. Then, make a curry gravy (or sauce) and add the pieces of omelettes into it.

  5. I'm busy making a list of possible meals for October, and will be doing a fair bit of batch cooking to make it work, but I haven't assigned a particular meal to a particular day. Hoping it works out! xx

    1. It's always good to have a selection of pre-cooked meals to choose from, isn't it? You can take out what you feel like eating on any given day, but, basically, if you make 4 servings of 7 different dishes, it'll see you through the majority of the month. :)

    1. Thank you, Jules. Summer is not a prime time for baking for us as it is too hot to have the oven on, but, we look forward to the cooler days of fall and winter to bake. Hope you enjoy your brownies if you decide to bake any over the weekend. :)

    1. Thank you, Lyssa. I often feel that my meals repeat themselves on a fairly regular basis, but, I don't mind that. These days, I prefer to cook something that is easy to prepare. :)
