Spent a quiet day, today. It was a very windy day, so stayed indoors and didn't water the back garden as planned. Will need to water the back garden tomorrow, instead.
I had fewer side effects today, which was a blessing. But I still needed to take Tylenol for the aches and pains. At least I didn't have any cramps, today.
I spent the day doing office work and some paperwork. I have an appointment with the tax preparer at the end of the week, so I am trying to get all my tax-related paperwork ready. I had made a file for the taxes, so it would be easy to gather all the papers as they arrived in the mail, but hadn't kept up with the filing!
Once again, I needed to take a nap in the afternoon. I wasn't very happy about that, but daughter assured me that it was because I needed the rest. I feel like I am just wasting time, sleeping, when I could be doing something! Except, there was nothing that I wanted to do! I didn't feel like sewing today, either, which is not good. I just didn't have the inclination or the energy. Oh, well, at least I got the office work and some of the paperwork done.
Today, I am grateful for:
- Getting my office work and some paperwork done.
- Having fewer side effects.
- An afternoon nap on the sofa.
- No damage to the garden or house due to the winds.
- Neighbor bringing in the trash cans for me.
How was your Tuesday?
Don't feel bad about taking a nap. If you are needing rest, then that is what you need to do! I'm glad you felt a bit better.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jess. I need to remind myself that I am still taking some powerful medications and my body is working hard to repair itself. Just because I am feeling fewer side effects doesn't mean I am back to being 100%.
ReplyDeleteProud the side effects are not as bad.. Don't feel bad if you take a nap..Your body needs the rest. Take it easy..
ReplyDeleteThank you, Judy. I, too, am thankful that the side effects are not too bad.
