Thank you, Eileen, for hosting the monthly photo challenge. I enjoyed participating.
The theme for May is "Cutlery" if anyone wishes to join in. The rules are simple - a minimum of five, no maximu, must be current photos taken during the month and must be taken by the person posting. All are welcome to join in.
Lovely photos, Bless. Were these all taken in your garden? Many thanks for joining in - would you like to choose the theme for June please? xx
ReplyDeleteThank you, Eileen. The first four flower photos were taken in my garden. The last three flower photos (cherry, lilac, and irises) were taken in the botanical garden I visited in early April.
DeleteI'd love to choose the theme for June! I'll think of one and let you know. Thank you, Eileen. :)
Well-there you have it---you sprung for springs...of all sorts!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see some green and growing things here. We woke to snow on the grass this morning. It's been a crazy year! xo Diana
Thank you, Diana! Ooh, snow to greet the first of May! I remember it snowing in GB mid-May one year when I was there - we were studying for finals and it snowed! Hope spring arrives soon for you. :)
DeleteThat is a good selection of "Spring" photos, and I'm glad you included all the lovely flowers!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Bushlady. Spring is the season for flowers, isn't it? :)
DeleteI like the Asian pear and lilac best, but it's a lovely spring collection and shows the similarities and differences between what is flowering there and here at the moment.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lady Ella. I'm sure your garden is starting to have lots of spring blooms now. Maybe you'll post some pictures of the flowers in your garden one of these days. :)
DeleteI love your different takes on the theme. And your flower photographs are beautiful. X
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jules. I am enjoying these photo challenges. I don't have a proper camera, just my cell phone camera, but, it's good enough for me. :)
DeleteOh you did get some good items for this month's topic "Spring".
ReplyDeleteMy favorite and a surprise coming up last was the flashlight spring. Very good get.
For beauty -both eyeball beauty and belly beauty, of course the cupcake deserve a mention. Did you buy them or were they a gift?
Thank you, Debra. Credit for thinking of the flashlight spring goes to my daughter! The cupcakes were an Easter gift from M. :)
