Even so, I am wearing both a sweater and a cardigan! We are having really strong winds right now and this evening, I discovered that I have no hot water! The water heater is located outside (earthquake safety requirement) and, I guess, although it has a metal cover around it, the pilot light went off for the wind? If it's not one thing, it's another, right? Hope you keep warm and safe in those low temperatures! I find even 70F in the house can feel cold if it is damp weather. We are really into winter again now, with temperatures well below freezing and plenty of snow around.
