I've read the directions and I see how it can take that much time as you have to let it rise in between various steps. If it is the bacterial leaf spots, then, I read that one shouldn't water the leaves as the water drops help to spread the bacteria. Well, guess what? It's been raining all morning! The best chocolate croissant I have had was at the Les Halles bakery at the France Pavilion in EPCOT/Walt Disney World. <br />About the best thing I did yesterday was in the cooking dept. I made us a great omelet for breakfast and fixed chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes (with onion) and gravy, and corn for supper. Most of the rest of the day was spent playing my game and a few other small tasks. You do indeed have generous friends.<br /><br />It sounds like better news on the peach tree and sweet potato vine if extra watering is the solution, although I supposed this doesn't explain the spots on the peach leaves. At least the fruits seem to be undamaged.<br /><br />Today (Monday) I have choir practice tonight.
